Harry Eggleton

Emergent Technologies
Managing Principal

Harry Eggleton is particularly happy to be a member of the WCMS faculty. 2023 will be his 35th year! 35!!!!!

Though a one-time line banker, where he made use of his MBA in finance, Harry worked to develop his expertise in training & consulting and became the Director of Training for Security Pacific— then the fourth largest bank in the country. Along the way he earned a second master’s in Organization Behavior from the University of Southern California. But, for the past two decades, Harry has had an independent leadership, performance management, coaching, team building, and training company providing services to well over 100 clients.

Harry has, for example, provided training to such diverse companies as IHOP to Edison, Bank of America to Amgen, Cisco to Nestle, 20th Century Fox to Disneyland, and the Air Force to Edwards Lifesciences. His training and consulting have spanned five continents. And, for many years, Harry was a member of the team that provided a first experiential learning for all newly entering Harvard, Stanford, and Boston University MBAs.

The American Society for Training & Development has honored Harry for his presentation abilities and contributions to the field with their highest accolade—Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also received a President’s Award and awards for “Outstanding Contributions to the Field of Human Resource Development” and “Significant Contributions to the Field of Performance Management.” He is also the senior author of The Fieldbook of Team Interventions (HRD Press).

Harry’s passion is helping people perform and understand—individually or part of a team. He has written books, articles, and pamphlets on the subject, and he returns to WCMS with enthusiasm and excitement.
