Dr. Neil Goldman is President of Goldman Consulting & Strategy (GCS, Inc.), an organizational development and perceptual research firm founded in 2002. At last count, Neil and GCS had worked with over 500 hundred organizations in 49 states nationwide.

Through research, strategic planning, workshops and consulting services, Neil and GCS provide insights and information for better decisions and better leadership. Effective research and successful leadership share a common purpose – and the core driver of Neil’s work — to facilitate positive change.

Neil’s recent book, The Escalator Effect – A Business Fable: Four Essential Steps to Lead and Inspire Your Organization to Rising Success, is an Amazon #1 Best Seller in four business categories and in four countries internationally.

Through foundational models developed in 25+ years of consulting and his doctoral work, Neil provides tools to assess and develop focus and success. Key tools here include the Escalator Factors™ and Shared Vision/Distinction™ models for organizations, the Wheel of Leadership™ for individuals, and the 6P™ Model for research. Neil holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where he also obtained an MBA with marketing emphasis. Neil’s educational background also includes a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California @ Santa Barbara.

Neil is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and a regular contributor to industry trade publications (having held a column in The Credit Union Journal for more than a decade). Neil is also on faculty at Western CUNA Management School.
