Eric Petracca

iQ Credit Union
Eric Petracca is the CEO of iQ Credit Union, where he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plan. Since taking over as CEO in January 2021, the Credit Union has grown to $2.0 billion, up from $1.45 billion. He has held a number of senior leadership roles in his 20 years with the company, including chief operations officer, chief risk officer, and chief financial officer. Eric has also overseen information technology and security, payment processing, facilities, lending, marketing, and more.
Eric is a strategic partner of many high-profile projects that have streamlined and enhanced processes throughout iQ, including a full transition of credit and debit processing and relaunching online and mobile banking. He is also on the Board of Directors for Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union and is a speaker at events for the Southwest Washington Chapter of Credit Unions and the GoWest Credit Union Association. Eric currently serves on the Clark College Foundation Board and WCMS Board of Trustees.
Eric graduated from Western CUNA Management School in 2011 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
